I dedicate this song to Coleman Barks with profound gratitude for his illuminating translations of RUMI. Along with Andrew Harvey he has made Mevlana’s sublime teachings so alive and accessible to the human heart and spirit – certainly to mine!
In this meditation I have drawn on many phrases from Coleman Bark’s translations of RUMI.

HU is the beginning and end of All Vibrations.
Uttering HU is a Dervish’s prayer.
HU is a Dervish’s guide.
HU opens the eye of the Dervish’s heart.
